Melbourne City Centre

We finally arrived..

After about another 6 hours driving, we arrived in Melbourne. It was pretty difficult getting around the city, with toll roads and lots of one way parts. Parking was a nightmare too. But we managed to navigate it in the end. We were staying in a place called Greenhouse Backpackers. We decided to stay there as it will was built on top of a Police station so I figured security would be pretty good.

The room was pretty good and we had full size lockers inside for our bags. There was a bar downstairs in the hostel and there was decent enough drinks offers. We met a bunch of Scottish lads in there that night and afterwards we went to PJ O’Brien’s (Yes, there is one in every city in Australia) and stayed there till the early hours.
